NEW DIGITAL MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
The company Decoleta a.s. has been running the new Keyence IM-6225 digital measuring system since 2018. This resulted in a significant strengthening of the workplace of workshop control.
WE STRENGTHEN OUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY
In Decoleta, the end of 2017 is about the fact that we have in operation two other new machines STAR SR-10J with the control system Fanuc. We strengthen considerably our capacity of turning of smaller diameters up to 10 mm.
NEW MACHINES THAT WILL STRENGTHEN THE MACHINE CAPACITY CONSIDERABLY
Since March 2017, in Decoleta we have had two new machines MANURHIN K’MX 732 EVO with the control system.
NEW CNC SWISS-TYPE AUTOMATIC MACHINE K’MX 732 EWO
Since January 2016, the company Decoleta a.s. has been operating the new machine MANURHIN K´MX 732 EWO with the Fanuc control system. Thus the machine capacity for turning bigger diameters up to 32 mm has been strengthened considerably.

Since December 2016, the company Decoleta a.s. has been operating other new machine STAR SR-20RIV-A with the Fanuc control system. Thus the machine capacity for turning bigger diameters up to 20 mm has been strengthened considerably.

Since May 2015, the company Decoleta a.s. has been operating the new cleaning device DÜRR Universal 81S where perchlorethylene is used as a cleaning agent. Thus the capacity for cleaning of produced parts has been strengthened considerably.
