We are specialists in precision turning

For several years, we have specialized in the production and precision turning of very small parts with a diameter of up to 32 mm, in volumes ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of pieces per year. The turned parts we manufacture find wide application in the automotive industry, where they are used extensively. A significant portion of our production is dedicated to the aerospace industry and electrical engineering. We also supply manufacturers of white goods and measuring instruments.

Technology is key at Decoleta, and therefore, we closely follow trends and developments, including energy efficiency from an ecological perspective. Our precision turning process is highly automated and precise, thanks to reliable machines from the Swiss company Tornos and Japanese Star lathes. These machines enable automated control of the turning process, resulting in highly accurate outcomes. Furthermore, we have expanded our “machine park” with Czech MANURHIN K’MX lathes.”

A look into the past

In the world of precision turning and CNC machining, Decoleta rightfully has its unshakable place, not only thanks to its long tradition. Its roots go back to 1971, specifically to the then successful company Tesla Jihlava, of which it was an integral part until it became independent.

Thanks to licenses for the production of special connectors, the company had access to top watchmaking technologies at the time. With them, it was able to produce precise turned parts of small diameters. And that at first on cam machines, and later on numerically controlled Swiss long-turn automatic lathes.

Decoleta today

Decoleta was established as an independent joint-stock company on April 1, 2007. Since then, it has been a specialist in precision turning of small parts up to a diameter of 32 mm in volumes of hundreds of thousands and millions of pieces per year. Among its customers, the largest number of customers are in the automotive industry, aviation and electrical engineering. Manufacturers of white goods and measuring instruments are no exception.

Today, Decoleta in Jihlava employs around 100 people, is ecologically minded and holds several ISO certifications.
